How the work is done here
Six principles shape every change to AxisSynapse. They are written down, and every change is held to them.
Done means verified
A change is finished when the types check, every automated check passes, the tests pass and someone has looked at the real screen. Nothing ships mocked or half-built.
Tests travel with the feature
Each feature brings its own unit tests, a round trip against a real database when it touches data, and a browser test for any screen it adds or changes.
Secure by construction
Every change to data is authorized, denied by default and written to the audit log. Security is part of how a feature is designed, never a pass at the end.
Fix the class, not the case
A bug report is a sample. The fix covers every place the same pattern lives, and holds for the next feature too.
Evidence before conclusions
A cause is stated only after it has been reproduced and confirmed in the running system. Everything else is labelled a hypothesis.
Write it down
Every change ships with a release note that records what was built and what was corrected along the way.
